Every time works, if problem occurs just email them and in few hour they reset online and fixed by tech.
App not responding too much expensive
The charger are not properly working. Their price highest in the city.
Not worth it
If you can get it to work, they charge an arm and a leg to use their slow chargers. And they charge 2-3 times more than the Tesla superchargers. How is this legal?
Robot dumb bot
Their AI “helper” was truly awful. No humans work at the company as far as I can tell. We tried for over an hour to get some help and we got absolutely nowhere. The dumb bot couldn’t get my email correctly so we just never received any help. I spelled out my email probably 20 times to no avail. Remarkable. Our entire garage has these useless charging stations that the city installed for free. Except we literally can’t use them because the app and phone numbers lead us nowhere so they are just for show. What a waste of tax payer dollars. NewTech should be called LameTech.
