don’t bother with the app
the only reason I ever use the app is to upload photos. that is unfortunately the most unreliable part of this app as I have years of missing photos and no idea stuff never finished uploading. Proof is when I look at the total in the phone album always being higher than the count in dash. Also, the note submit button crashing as soon as you hit submit has to be intentional, like how can an app wait to break on you the second you hit save? For years??? No real professional in their right mind would agree this would be considered passing for their company.

Worst software - made by the worst company.
Waste of time, extreme buggy, hard to read reports, flow of app is utterly baffling and bizarre. Next Gear must have black mail on every major player in the industry.

Buggy
Every time I open the app I have to uninstall and reinstall just so I can login. This is every single time and it’s very inconvenient for me at work. Please fix this.
Doesnt open
This app on ios mobile device is completely worthless. Have it on 1 ios device and works but with diff icon. On new ios device with updated software I see only blue screen.
Horrid and buggy
I have had a couple different employers that have utilized this app and software. It’s always been guaranteed to make your work life more annoying and tedious than it should be.

Mobile Ability to send Documents
Please create a mobile feature that allows users to send documents for signature. I hate having to grab my computer to use the website to send documents or ask my office.
Does not work on iPad
App works okay on iPhone, does not work and crashed on iPad. Please fix the issues / bugs.
ai photo scanning ??
Every photo I upload gets extremely questionable inaccurate tags like it’s being scanned by a broken nextgear built AI. Nearly every file I upload photos to gets a MOLD label when there is clearly none, while struggling to finish uploading all the photos in the first place. This company is owned by corelogic who provides property data to insurance companies and the market, so I would sure hope home owners aren’t having any of this BAD data from their property sold/given out to other companies or insurance companies without their consent.

Need to work on pictures when I try to upload more than 24 pictures at a time it just freezes when I have 1000 pictures of job can’t do 24 at a time

Frustration
If I click on action items, albums or more, it freezes the app and won’t allow me to do anything
Photo staging
Please scrap photo staging, totally failed concept, If it’s in my camera roll it needs to upload period. If I have enough room in my phone to keep taking pictures, it needs to upload from my storage to the cloud. When connected to WiFi, it doesn’t even upload then. When I delete 500 photos and empty the trash, it doesn’t upload. When my battery is above 20% and charging, it still doesn’t upload, even on WiFi. For years your photo solution has made my job harder and more time consuming than it needs to be, it’s beyond ridiculous having to sound crazy when explaining this to my boss who has no idea what it’s like using this app for work 7 days a week.

No customization
I’m a clumsy guy so I always make small mistakes with typos or forgot to add something in photos so the fact that there is no option to delete or edit just about anything like my notes or an album is downright ridiculous. In what world would there be no editing option or delete option it’s a basic need for every app yet there is none. Just so stupid honestly

DO BETTER
The app is real good for information tracking and data processing but when it comes to images, it is the most horrible app of all mankind. I’m dealing with an error sync issue that has been going on for years. I could have full service on my phone and be connected to Wi-Fi and I’ll still get images that can’t upload make it make sense.
