Worked as expected
I wish I didn’t owe anything on my lease return but this app worked as expected. I was directed by my car OEM to use it, VIN lookup worked, pictures worked, etc. Upload and signing worked. No complaints.
Refuses all VINs, support line is unmanned
Garbage app.
I can’t even get started with this app, because it requires a license plate or a VIN to get started, but their lookup engine is broken.
The app pops up a window suggesting that you call a support number. Those folks pick up the phone and inform you that they only support dealers… then they transfer you over to consumer support which promptly drops you into a voicemail box where your message will never ever be returned.

Waste of time
It took me 40 minutes to complete the assessment but when trying to submit the assessment the app throws an error and nothing happens. Waste of time.
Didn’t Work
Called the support number and they had no information about the app at all.
