Discount code not transferring over
I had a discount code which is not transferring over. Customer services said to delete app and reinstall. Saw the discount for a fleeting minute, went into the next screen and it disappeared. Won't be ordering as too much faff...

Such a range to choose from and you will always find the clothes/shoes you were looking for. Apart from reliable quality, I like the fit of their clothes. I think the prices are fair for what you get.
App seems buggy recently
Spent ages selecting items to purchase only to have the app prevent me from purchasing - error message. I saved the items for later - then discovered the app had signed me out, so nothing saved. Waste of time.

Had an account with Next for years, be it for myself, husband, friend, furniture, sale, I just love it. I’ve bagged so many bargains. They sell quality items have never diminished or disappointed. They delver on time. You can collect items day after. True to size beautiful quality items.
Parcel not delivered
I’m fed up with dodgy couriers saying they’ve delivered when they haven’t. No point having next day delivery if incompetent couriers mean you don’t receive it next day!
