A bit buggy
App works ok to search etc, but I made a purchase and it just didn’t work or save what I had in the cart. I needed to go back and start from scratch.

Constantly automatically emptying my cart
Love the clothing but if I put items in my cart and then go to my app the next day a lot of times everything will be randomly removed from cart even though they are not sold out and I didn't not remove them.

Never delivers next day
I have been using Next delivery since it launched nearly 40 years ago. They used to fulfil their next day delivery service every time. Now it is always at least 3-4 days, thanks to Evri. They need to stop the ‘next day delivery’ marketing. It’s a lie.

Next fall down on the description of the garment as there is no length. Roman do and other makes do. I have shrunk now so need a shorter length I wouldn’t attempt to buy a top that was down to my knees. I send a lot of clothes back for that reason. That is a fault on Next not me but I was penalised because of it. Please sort it out. Some description 4 words xx thank hope you listen
