For the last couple of weeks, every time I see a product I like on my Instagram or Facebook feed, I tap on the picture expecting it to take me directly to that product but instead it just takes me to the homepage?? It then feels almost impossible at times to search for the item I’m interested in. What’s happened/changed?

So easy to deal with. The website and app and ordering process is second to none. Easy to order a collection and manage returns. Would use Next over Sports Direct, JD Sports or Amazon all day long. And the range, stock availability and prices are all spot on.
No black knee high socks
Grey, white navy but not black for high school (just plain black) a staple wardrobe for school but nope
Very poor app functionality
App fails to process orders correctly. Hadn’t realised my order hadn’t gone through for weeks

Ordered a gift card to be delivered to someone who invited me to a evening wedding that unfortunately I couldn’t attend or take it down to the house. £3 for the postage and card with personalised message in it, only thing that could improve was the design of the cards.

Disappointing first experience with the mobile app
I was really looking forward to my order, but unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish.
First, I downloaded the mobile app specifically to use the "$20 off your first app order" promotion, but the discount was never applied at checkout even though this was my first time ordering through the app.
To top it off, when my parcel arrived today, part of my order was incomplete. I ordered the River Island Pink Frill Rosette Bodysuit & Leggings Set, but the package only contained the bodysuit and the leggings were completely missing.
Customer service has been difficult to deal with regarding the refund and missing items. I expected much better quality control and customer care. Definitely won't be in a rush to use the app
