The app works fine, easy to book job and clear instructions. However, the core purpose of all our hard work is to get paid. If there are issues to get paid quickly or on time, all other factors are irrelevant. Be careful using this service.

Santa Fe Springs yard
Went to yard and delivered loaded trailer and looked for empty trailers for 1:45 mins and didn’t find empty was told by that facility I couldn’t not leave. I was traumatized. I was giving a list of empties of approximately 15 to 20 which I didn’t find any. I was at end of my service hours. Call dispatch and rep sent email to allow me to leave facility the rep at yard still didn’t allow me to leave at first. I almost was at the point of calling the police. Something needs to be done to remedy this situation.

I been working with them for last 2x weeks and it’s better work than most carriers out there love the app very easy to submit paper work and they have direct deposit no force Dispacth love it
conflict of interests
Extremely cheap loads, you call to negotiate the price, they ask you for the job number and they raise the price but the load is given to the dispatchers' trucks
Add detention time option
App is good but I’m not confident in getting paid my wait time at the ports. Is there a way to add another option to upload pictures proving what time an owner operator like myself arrived at the port? They say we’ll check the gps to see when you arrived at the port but sometimes don’t have service in the port to track your arrival time and pay discrepancy will happen as it did for me. Taking a picture that shows the date and time along with the line at the port will eliminate any confusion on how NEXT will pay out wait time.

Crap App & Crap loads
This app is complete garbage. They are a broker like everyone else, claiming they are connecting shippers with carriers. They’ve created a app making it looking like it’s from a shopper, when in reality they’re the middle man dictating the rate and taking profits without being seen. Owners are Asian couple that have been burning companies and carriers for the past 3 years. There’s a reason why it takes over 90 days to get paid. If you look up the company you’ll find there is an extremely high turnover rate within NEXT. All the positive reviews are from employees trying to boost their rating. All the carriers are 1 star which is reality.

Long miles and cheap pay around .85 to .90 cents per mile,stay away and do not work cheap
Double brokering at its finest
This app says it connects shippers with carriers but everything leads to one thing middleman double brokering your freight down to pennies good scam though lawsuit on the way let’s see them books
Great App
Great company. They have a new logo of NEXT this year. The app shows clearly the price of the load and we are able to book loads from the app directly without calling.
