Library sync issues
Setup was easy, it appears to be connecting to my phone without issue, it shows it’s recording just fine - the microsd is showing it has loop footage and protected footage on it - but when it comes to viewing the library of footage in the app it doesn’t show anything. At all. Going to get a microsd/iPhone adapter and see if I can view files that way. Which is a shame, a major reason I purchased this was the ability to connect to the camera on the road/in the field and view footage quickly.

Worst Customer Service
Never order from this brand but if you do pray you get your whole order. I didn’t receive all that I payed for when I ordered and customer support has been so unhelpful and frustrating. Save ur time and go with a better brand.
Can’t see videos
The update is garbage. I can’t see any of my videos even though my camera is definitely recording. Customer service needs work, I’ve tried to get in touch with them and it’s always so slow to get a response
Does not sync videos to library
Recently purchased a piqo 2k. The app is able to connect to the dash cam. However, it never sync any recording to the library. The app is able to connect to the piqo’s adhoc wifi. The setup view also works thru the wifi connection. Just that video syncing never works.

It records but there are days it records nothing. The one time I almost get hit by someone, I go to check the library to watch over and it hadn’t uploaded film to the library for 3 days. It says connected and my pico makes the beep when it’s on but won’t upload to library. Disappointed as a young driver who wants to protect myself.

I don't recommend these dash cams, they heat up very quickly, you get a lot of errors. And the NexTBase app works very slowly.

Wifi and bluetooth sub-par
I would not recomend these products. I would recommend an “all-in-one” device. That has internal memory (no SD cards), an LCD screen (no apps to compromise your car or phone data); and to have your own “parking-mode” just set-up an external camera at your regular parking spot, or trade in your “A-B” for a less precious car.

Can’t sync the camera
It wont appear or scan on the app or connect it won’t even scan for devices and you can’t go to the previous page to redo it, and it doesn’t ask for location services or local network or bluetooth so i don’t know how it generally works

The pictures appear to imply this works with older dash and like the 522 but it doesn’t. It harvests all your details and then says download the old MyNextbase app (which I already had and hoped this would be better)

Don’t buy this if you want to actually record your driving.. says it’s recording yet nothing to view “no clips available due to firmware update. Will automatically resume when updated” never updates, doesn’t record anything. Thanks for nothing Nextbase!!

Incorrect description
Description lists a number of Nextbase dashcams it’s compatible with. Installed, verified, registered, picked dashcam and told to get a different app.
Misleading previews
The previews for the app show a range of models that can be used with it. You can literally only use two within the app, and are redirected to download the other Nextbase app to use any others. Unusable for anyone that, understandably, downloads it to use with the other cameras.
Cannot connect
I am using 385GWX but I can’t search the cam in the App.
I connected Bluetooth, tried turn off my phone, reinstall app, updated iOS. But it’s still not working. I don’t know why the device is different to connect. This is not a good experience to buy it through Toyota.

New Nextbase app does not list Piqo 2K dashcam
Failed to connect Piqo 2K, Nextbase app (the latest) does not even list Piqo 2K dash Cam to allow connections. Gonna return the products
