Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: GOV.UK One Login at free against Nextbase's free with in-app purchases. GOV.UK One Login also leads on ratings volume (3.4K vs 561) and iOS requirement (16.7 vs 18.0). Nextbase's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
