Had to take a photo of my driving licence using this app. My goodness it was hard to get it in the frame! This aspect definitely needs looking at. I nearly gave up.

It’s a government app, there are features we don’t know exist and the data is likely to be stolen or sold to someone else - so how can we review it fairly.

All UK Gov services are rubbish and full of bureaucracy and are overly complex.
Beyond awful
This has taken me months of searching, reinstalling and tearing my hair out. The Post Office charged me but didn’t actually do anything and I’ve spent many days grinding my teeth to bloody stumps.

Don’t use! There will be another way to do what you need to do
Doesn’t work. Sends you in a loop. There will be another way on the government website to do whatever it is you are trying to do - select the option “I would prefer not to use the app” - it’s much easier.
