Know who is coming – to every rehearsal, training session and meeting. Attendance collects replies up front, records who actually turned up at check-in, and breaks every response down by your groups. All on your own Nextcloud server. SELF-CHECK-IN BY QR CODE OR NFC Put a printed code on the door or stick an NFC tag beside it. People scan or tap as they arrive and the attendance list fills itself. One code covers every appointment – the app matches the scan to whichever one is running. Nobody stands at the entrance with a list any more. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS New appointments, reminders and replies arrive right away. Your server encrypts the message; our relay only forwards it and cannot open it.
