App doesn’t work more than it does

It’s so painful to even try to log in ever since they started to use an Authentication code! every time I entered the 6 digits code, it told me: Error: Invalid or expired verification code….. I can’t check my paychecks to make sure they are correct! Absolutely hate this app!!!
Work until now
Worked great until I got a new iPhone 14 now it won’t work at all and am unable to use for clocking in or viewing pay
App Crashes After iOS Updates
Every time my iOS updates on my iPhone, the app glitches to a white screen several times and then gets stuck there. I use this app to click in for work so it is extremely frustrating when it happens….like RIGHT NOW.
Pto is broken
Over half of the staff at my work has been affected by Nextep’s PTO. Yesterday morning, my PTO was at 29 hours. Last night at -15. This morning at 21 (a day of time off was approved so that should be correct). Now, it’s at -20. I’m not sure how their algorithm works, but clearly it doesn’t.
Unrealible
This app and the company’s website is unreliable and riddled with problems. I’ve used both from a variety of servers and WiFi services—and they make simple tasks time consuming and complicated. The service they provide is important to health and well-being. It’s really unfortunate how their app, website, and customer service lack so much for such a vital service. I’ve used two of their competitors for other jobs and they are so much better than Nextep. Under no circumstances should a responsible company that cares about their people ever use Nextep. This app barely works and isn’t designed well. The functionality is years behind everyone else. It’s unprofessional and unreliable to use their services.

Needs some work
It’s nice to have but I have only used once. I accidentally clocked out when I was just scrolling through it. So it would be very helpful to have verification button maybe to say something like “are you sure you want to clock out at this time?”
I haven’t used it again because of that - I don’t want to cause my supervisor any unnecessary trouble.

Needs major improvements
One of the things that sold us on Nextep as a PEO was how they bragged about their app and how advanced the technology was. This is absolutely not the case sadly.
The app won’t ever let me access anything. It is constantly reloading and opening multiple tabs over and over again. It won’t let me click on anything, just reloads to the same page when I do.
Absolutely worthless to us at this point. Please fix these issues as it really would be nice to utilize the app, because as it stands - it’s worthless :(

ABSOLUTE PAIN
This app is an absolute pain to use. Between this and the website, I can almost never get to information I need. It constantly opens windows that won’t let me log in and it takes forever to load when it does work, even on WiFi.
It’s almost worth it to just call them. I loathe this app.
