Need help!
So far so great! I’m trying to use this as a waitlist option for my salon and I am having trouble figuring out how to add the link so clients can the join the waitlist online themselves?

Highly recommend this app! I was on the search for an easy and simple waitlist app for my restaurant and this was the best one! At first I was a bit iffy switching to technology and getting rid of paper and pen... but it was the best move ever! If you’re thinking of using a waitlist app look no further plus customer service is awesome.

Pleasantly Surprised
After doing my do diligence and researching all of these different waitlist apps, I finally landed on NextME. It’s extremely fun tans easy to use. I’m terrible with tech and picked this up right away. What’s better is they keep coming out with new features

I had left a message on the recording on 11/21/2020 and within 10 minutes an awesome individual “John” called from customer support. as I am a new manager at the store and was unsure of how to obtain access. He was professional and courteous in assisting in app success. The prompt response was necessary to ensure customer satisfaction on my store front. Kudos to you John 🙌

Pretty good
The app works great now after couple of updates but I wish you had a manager mode so that only managers can see the customers information. As business owners we need to protect customers info. Maybe something to work on in the future.
