Verification Issue
We went with this app because we could customize our text messages. But to be able to use that feature they have to “verify” your business (not really sure why). Everything says verification should take 3 days. We’ve been waiting weeks, and there’s no customer support. We’ll probably switch to something else.

You need Waitly in your business!
I've been using Waitly for my restaurant since 2020 and it's been a great experience. Easy to install and use, very reliable and the customer service is truly fantastic. Every time I get stuck on something, I get immediate support from their team. Definitely recommend it.

New update has issues
With the update on 9/11 the app no longer shows how many people have been helped. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

lt shows real time hot tending restaurant based on how many customers are waiting lol.
