Doesn’t work at all
I have the app installed but it won’t give me the option to open in the app when I press long on the link.

Doesn’t recognize that the app is already downloaded, clicking the link always tells me to download it, never launches it.

This app doesn’t work at all. I pressed the link given to me but instant urgent care and it keeps taking me to a page telling me to download it...even tho it’s already downloaded

Downloaded the app and it pretended it wasn’t downloaded. Missed my visit to get Covid tested. That’s fine I just hope I don’t have it, perfect app to need to use during a pandemic 👌🏼
The reason why there’s a madding loop
STOP! It is maddening you click on the “blue” button it takes you in this crazy Loop that you never get out of. So stop!
After you’ve downloaded it “one time” you can click on the next one the “brown”button and load your information you’ll need to have a mobile phone to take a picture of your ID and your insurance card.
Now that that’s done you wait until your appointment time. Don’t drive to the location at your appointment time or you’ll be waiting extra hours for no reason.
At your “appointment time” you do the video conference online from home or the bar or where ever, Here’s where you stop again, “the key.”is before you click on the blue maddening button SCROLL to the top of the screen it will say “open”. Click on the open button, it will then prompt you to talk and the person will answer you only when it’s your time to talk, the time of your appointment.
At that point they will schedule you to come back at 4 or 5 different times during the day. Pick your appointment time and show up then, park out front. Keep in mind there will be about 15 other vehicles waiting. Stop! Don't panic because, They all have the exact same appointment time as you. Ha just wait, Now someone will come out and ask you your name and check you in. When you are checked in then you he asked to pull around back to get swabbed. Don’t pull around back until you check in upfront. After you are tested you may leave.
If you follow these directions you will be done with the whole event in 30 minutes or less, If not you will spend most of the morning like I did waiting for no reason, Plus the hour in the madding loop

Won’t work
A dozen attempts, eleven after installing the app, put me in an App Store loop where it told me to install the app. Never ended in me speaking to my doctor. Glad they were answering their phones.

The app, email and texts drove me in circles and nothing worked. I’ve used web md before. THIS is not the app for such a process.
