It was not possible to get the remaining money reimbursed which was charged before by Apple Pay back to our visa debit or our German bank account.
Even the staff on the concert was not able to manage to it.

Hello, we're really sorry to hear that the queues at the concerts were, in your words, long. Chip payments speed up the queues, but the vendors are not always able to prepare food at such speed. We always analyze everything with the organizers after the events and try to come up with better solutions for future years, so that you don't have to wait in line. We still hope you enjoyed the event! 🌟

Completely superfluous in 2022
Horrible UX, website full of marketing but no user guides, but the biggest question is: why do we need an app like this is this day and age when everyone has Apple Pay or Google Pay? I simply refuse to buy anything at festivals that use this.
