Hello, we understand that the different time zones can cause complications when making payments, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. The logic behind how time zones work is more complex in this regard, and we do not plan to change this behavior in the near future. As a workaround, we recommend setting your phone to the Czech time zone before making a payment. Martin, KB Team

The biggest problem is the PIN to open the app (just like on for example iphones). There is NO reason why it should have a latency!!! when i press the numbers there is a delay before it registers the press!!! what!?? and if i press two buttons to quickly it doesnt register the whole pin. unimaginable.
second, i understand that it takes time for actions like transferring money from savings to checking account, but the delay is when choosing the acounts or the amount of money, NOT the actuall transaction itself. That is what is so infuriating. a multibillion dollar bank and it has these sort of problems in their banking app. wow.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that delays when entering your PIN or working with your accounts can be very frustrating. We would like to add that the vast majority of clients use biometric authentication to log in, particularly Face ID, which does not experience similar complications. We will record the delays you described when entering your PIN and the other issues you mentioned, and we will be happy to look into them.
