It has some troubles
It somehow works. But there are some glitches like when I am in different time zone, the app is not able to process payment in case the date is different than Czech date (caused by the time difference - for example, I can only send money to different accounts between midnight and 3pm in case I am in MST time zone)

This app is the most incredibly annoying banking app ive ever encountered for one reason: It is so stupidly slow.
The biggest problem is the PIN to open the app (just like on for example iphones). There is NO reason why it should have a latency!!! when i press the numbers there is a delay before it registers the press!!! what!?? and if i press two buttons to quickly it doesnt register the whole pin. unimaginable.
second, i understand that it takes time for actions like transferring money from savings to checking account, but the delay is when choosing the acounts or the amount of money, NOT the actuall transaction itself. That is what is so infuriating. a multibillion dollar bank and it has these sort of problems in their banking app. wow.

Aplikce je plna chyb, její notikfikace nedávají smysl. (‘Platba zrusena nebo potvrzena’ a ta část ‘nebo potvrzena’ je videt až po rozklinuti). Často zamrzava. Jakoby to byla beta verze nejake nadsenecke fitness aplikace a ne internetové bankovnictví jedné z hlavních bank. Recenze normalne nepíšu, ale tohle už je příliš.

Používám asi rok a ze začátku jsem si musel zvyknout ale dneska už naprosto bez problémů funguje můžu investovat ,založit pojistku nebo si vzít úvěr pokud budu chtít za mě spokojenost
Still no balance widget
Any movement on this?? I hate that it seemed like I was forced to migrate to this app and it still doesn’t even have the one widget I would want from banking.

Toto je takový fail, že to v českém bankovnictví nemá obdoby. Funkcionalita původní aplikace v této není plně reflektována a UX testing byl asi outsoutcován někam kde jsou s aplikacemi v bankovnictví na začátku
Great… but
So the app itself is quite simply and everything you need is there. The features that this app offers works fine. But there is quite huge catch. Sometimes and I do find it rather often, the app just simply doesn’t open. Sometimes when I want to quickly transfer money, I can’t. This little problem caused me some awkward situations. I am using Iphone 16 pro.

Nejhorší bankovní aplikace
Vůbec nemohu doporučit. Jsem naprosto nespokojená. Aplikaci jsem už 3x aktualizovala za posledních měsíc a za poslední 2 roky jsem si musela nainstalovat 2 bankovní aplikace. Dnes se snažím přihlásit a aplikace zase nefunguje. Mám si aktualizovat iOS. Jsem naprosto nespokojená s porovnáním s jinými bankami. Mám další od ČSOB a nikdy jsem neměla problém. KB jsem měla jako hlavní účet, ale přemýšlím, že ho zruším, protože s aplikaci jsou neustále problémy a používám ji pouze z telefonu.

Teething problems, it seems
I’m using an iPhone 12 and upgraded from the old KB app in August. All went well for maybe 1 month, but since September or so the app is sluggish at best and non-functional at worst. Most actions take 3 or 4 tries to get past the “something went wrong” screen.
I really really hope KB will fix whatever is wrong with the current release.

Vyzaduje pin klidne 4x za minutu. UI priserne, tlacitka spatne reaguji. Vecne vypadky tohoto uz rocniho “testovaciho” provozu. Nekolikrat jsem musel pouzit alternativni banku/sluzbu.

Neotevírá se, nenačítá se, nonstop hlásí error. NEFUNGUJE! NEMOHU SE DOSTAT DO BANKY!
Aplikace nefunguje
Aplikace pořád načítá, je pomalá, zasekaná, háže error. Stará aplikace byla mnohem lepší.
