infant in the first year of their life. This app will support you with breastfeeding and
introducing solid foods, encouraging better growth and development, ideas for
promoting play and learning, promoting a loving bond with your infant, and looking
after your own mental health.
Receive regular tips, activities, trustworthy information and videos. Track and
monitor infant developmental milestones and growth. Receive vaccination reminders,
and search for local services in your area.
The app was created by Child Health experts to ensure the content is accurate and
works hand in hand with the information received at the clinics, and with the help of
South African mothers who understand what you need in your motherhood journey.
