Poor Reflection
In this day and age, if you can’t book accommodation within the app or review a current booking, it is a negative reflection of the brand. It is an indication of poor management and disregard for customer service. If the app does not work, I hate to think what state the accommodation is in.

How can an app determine that the information that you have provided in a form is wrong when it is your own details. I know my name but apparently the app knows better.
Awful hotel app
Always comes up with red cross. Cannot view bookings. Never updates without logging out and in. I am a Titanium member and makes it very difficult to see upcoming stays and adjust plans.
It’s 2025 ! Get your App to function
Unbelievable how bad it’s ! And I got to book 6 stays per year , it’s a turn off to be part of loyalty !
Ineffective
The app won’t return reservations made on the NH Hotels website and is unable to find hotels using the “near me” function. It seems pretty useless overall really.
Waste of Time
I can’t understand why this hotel group wastes resources on such a White Elephant. It’s useless, it does not work, drop it and admit defeat.

Seriously Discovery/NH Hotels you should pull this app, it is embarrassing to you and we would be users.
Can’t login most of the time because stupid Captcha fails.
When you can, previous bookings don’t appear & when you try to add them (I tried 3) all get an error saying they can’t be found.
The discovery app is a little better but doesn’t recognise many group bookings and no way to add them.

Needs work!
I can’t say much about this app because I can’t even log into it. I have a sign on and password, but every time I enter them I get a message saying I need to complete the captcha test. However, I can’t complete that test because it is never presented to me!!!! Useless!!!

Booming Lookup
I can’t believe this app keeps errors from looking up booming numbers. This is been going on forever so I don’t think this app is getting any kind of support.

If one wants a school case how not to write an app this is no 1 on my list . You have to put in country prefix of your phone number and it’s sorted by flag icon !! Or who knows what . After 4 min still unable to find my country . How can an international company come out with an app like this . Embarrassing ….

Horrific app
You go through the booking process then on the confirmation screen, it’s complete the wrong dates. Waste of time. If you’re going to invest do it properly, reflects terribly on the brand

Tried to book a hotel from July2 to July8 but
when I get to the payment the dates change

Unbelievable bad for an Hotel app 2023…
I’m using more or less all the different Hotel booking and locality apps, but a hotel app which is not able to transfer a booking to the calendar, an app which is not showing the booking in the app, or where you are not able to to change profile data is completely useless.

No more NH Group until they fix the app
The other hotel groups I use have great apps so I’m taking the route if least resistance.
