Can't create an account
The app doesn't allow to create an account. The Create account button simply doesn't work and the app doesn't tell what's wrong. Very poor experience

Just what you need to use public transport for visitors
super easy to use and is definitely a better alternative to using the bus then trying to negotiate cash with the driver. There’s also a link that has the routes of the buses and so on. I thought I had a brief technical issue and found support was very responsive.
Does not work unless you are on wifi or 4G
Traveling from the US. Roaming. I spent EUR10 for nothing as the app does not work unless you are on wifi or 4G.

Create account flow is broken
Can’t create an account— the app gives a generic “An error occurred” pop up window when submitting my phone number and email address. So I can’t purchase tickets or activate them.
It’s odd that the app forces you create an account to purchase a ticket. You should be able to purchase tickets as a “guest” like the Android app.

Bad app
Rip off. I paid for tickets with the app at my hotel and can’t access the tickets with LTE or otherwise. I have 5 bars and all other apps work ezcept this one. Not so great when they are asking for your ticket on the bus and you can’t access the purchased tickets.

I don’t have a 4G connection and I can only use the app on wifi. Otherwise it would be a very nice app. Dommage.

Acheté un carnet de 10 billets en étant connecté au wifi. Impossible d’y accéder dans le tram une fois connecté au réseau téléphone mobile. Bref Application inutile. Utilisez les bornes!
Ne fonctionne pas
Impossible d’acheter un ticket, cela bloque au moment de l’identification à deux facteurs (validation dans app revolut ou sms) et ne prend pas en charge Apple Pay. Donc ne sert à rien. Dommage.

Doesn’t work on cellular network
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a ticket through the app. It’s never been able to connect to the server when I’m on cellular (data is turned on, iPhone 11). I see from the reviews, I’m not the only one. Wasted 10€ on a ticket I can’t use now.
Doesn’t work most places
When this app works, it works well. However, as I found out after sending a message to the help team, the app only works if you are on 4G or WiFi. (And yes, my cell data is turned “on” for the app on my iPhone 12). I’ve been traveling around Nice and surrounding towns for a week, and I have never seen actual 4G service (just “LTE” which is not the same). And forget about 5G. So, I bought €10 worth of tickets but can only use them when I’m in the big central tram stations where there is a free WiFi signal. Otherwise doesn’t work when catching a bus, or most other tram stops.
I can buy a plane ticket to anywhere in the world on my cell phone, but this app has not figured out how to let me validate a ticket on 3G cell service. Come on Nice Ticket! You got a good thing started here. Make it happen! See you in June. Merci.
