Love it. But bill pay doesn’t work well . App always says credentials don’t work when signing in first time. Goes back to sign in and then will open second time around every time??
Definitely lacking
Please come up to speed (technology-wise) with other big name banks. So much you can’t see from the app and still need to log in to the website or look at statements. Everything should be at your fingertips in an app and sadly this one falls short.

This app is proving to be a lifesaver today. Had no problems downloading (but did require a more advanced and current operating system)… once downloaded - found it extremely easy to use. Excellent. Thank you.
Mobile deposits don’t always go through
I have experienced problems with mobile deposits not clearing. When I called it in they said no flag is given for a partially completed deposit or for deposits that didn’t complete for whatever reason. Was told they sometimes just don’t go through. “It happens a lot” they said. Well clearly this needs addressed at least on the level of notifying the depositor of issues with the deposit if you didn’t complete it. Even the pizza place on corner will text me if I didn’t complete an order!! I would think you would invest significant resources to ensure you get your money. Other than that the app seems stable and functions well.

I have had no problems with this app. I am very happy with the way it works!
Rarely works for travelers
Unless you are using the app during normal business hours in the same time zone as Nicolet’s offices, don’t bother. It frequently fails to log you in and exhibits other instabilities. The only alerts I’ve ever received is when this app refuses to let me log in!
Might as well live in the 1960s since i have to use snail mail to deposit hard copy checks!

They have your back
Before someone can hack money out of my account Nicholet Bank stops them. I couldn’t be happier with this bank and will NEVER change..I cannot thank them enough for watching out for us older folks. It lets us sleep better at night.
Where’s the memo line?
Before Nicolet bought our bank, I was able to put account information on a memo line when paying a bill. I was also able to leave a memo for me about the payment. I would love to see at least the memo line on the check available again! I do like using the online bill pay, but the lack of the memo line is a little bit of a problem. I know that some people will say to just put the account number in the biller’s information. However, I have some situations where the number I need to include is different every time.

Great, but need some fixes.
Love having this, but needs some bug fixes. I update it all the time, but the majorly of the time I try to do something on the app, or simply log in, it says to contact customer support and the app won’t work.

What’s the point of facial room recognition when the App requires your password on almost every login?
Unbelievably bad still!
I can’t believe how little this app has improved over the years. Mobile deposit is marginally better but it’s still extremely fussy. If it arbitrarily doesn’t like the photo of the reverse side of the check it forgets everything and you have to start over.
Today’s new layer of awfulness may drive me to change banks. Now, not only do I need a verification code sent to me at login, but it’s sent to me via a PHONE CALL I HAVE TO WAIT 2 MINUTES FOR INSTEAD OF VIA TEXT. This is an absolutely insane choice that makes the app utterly unusable.
I’d give this service negative seven stars if I could. Complete garbage.

Once you understand how it works It is easy to navigate through.

they must have fixed some of the glitches, doesn’t have problems quite as much hence the 2 stars instead of 1. the app really knows when i absolutely need to check my balance and then it doesn’t work. i took a screen shot but don’t see a way to load the pic. but yeah- seriously like clockwork!!! debating switching banks because of the app and other reasons dealing with the bank.

Exceptional friendly service
Customer service is awesome especially at the Menasha and Appleton offices. It is fun to do my banking business when you have such friendly staff.
Not good
I do love online banking, however with this latest update I can no longer track my debit card along with my husbands. I was told he would need to create his own account to track and that is truly inconvenient. Tried to set up for him and it would not allow. Joint account should allow 1 profile on app to track all debit/credit cards

Can you fix your app
The apps favorite thing to do is forget to my password and since you don’t allow pasting in passwords it’s an absolute pain to re-login
