Lack of assistance

Very poor communication skills. They do not return phone calls even when given the times you are available. I was unable to hook up my meter (I think it’s called). NONE of my information is showing on the screen. A friend helped me figure it out today.
Someone is supposed to call tonight to answer other questions. Time will tell if they do. :-(

Find a meter does not work

Meter beeps once or twice then app freezes. Have to close the app, reopen, go back into find a meter, select the meter, and then it beeps once maybe twice before the app closes, not allowing me enough time to find the meter. And the “found it” and back buttons do not work so you have to refresh the app and go all the way back in.

Eats battery

This app eats battery in the background.

Doesn’t work

I can’t even open the app. It automatically crashes when I try.

App crashes

App hasn’t worked in weeks. Instantly crashes, doesn’t load at all

App not working

It was working great but now the app instantly closes and doesn’t open up for me at all.

Today’s fix still doesn’t work

Version 4.2 for iOS didn’t work. (Immediate crash). Today’s 4.2.1 still crashes. Reinstalling doesn’t help. Please keep your tech team working on this.

Update. I reinstalled and this time it is working. Thanks!

App doesn’t work

Edited to add: Had to delete the app and reinstall for the app to work.

2 app updates and it still won’t work. Immediately crashes when trying to open. I liked it before because I could use it to do everything, but now it’s unusable.

If it Fails to load.

Delete it and start over. As an app It is acceptable.

New update broken

The new update has caused the app to crash on load again. It feels like every second update the app breaks.

The app immediately crashes

Deleting and redownloading the app fixed the issue for me.

App Crash

I have misplaced my meter and was going to use the app to ping it but it keeps crashing when I try to open, even after an update

New update still instant crashes

Pretty much what I said above. The previous update made my app crash instantly. The update today does the same thing.

Updated the update

Glad you updated the update. Still doesn’t work

Immediate crash

App will not even launch. Crashes immediately, even after re-starting iPhone. Had to enter travel plans through the website

Nonfunctional

I received a text to update the app. Now it does not work at all. Before the update, I could do certain things like keep track of weekly points and bonuses. Now, when they are running the $15k contest, it stops working?! I don’t know about this. Thinking about opting out.

Version 4.2 launch and crash immediately

Title says it all. This new version just doesn’t work on iOS. Launch and quit immediately.

New Update

App will not open with new update - automatically shuts

Not useful

It won’t find any of my family members’ devices.

Incessant beeping

Hope you like having your peace ruined by a meter that beeps if you dare set it down, and also beeps whenever you put it on the charger, waking up whoever is in the room with you (because they beg that you charge it in the bedroom).

Hope you also love receiving nasty grams from Nielsen begging you to use the charger for scraps. They sent people to my house unannounced and without my permission. They did not like how much I traveled and how little media I consumed, and also how I refused to have my peace ruined by the beeping of a meter. Also, the modem uses more electricity than you’d ever get back in “rewards”.

Also, this app provides zero benefit to the panelist, only serving to drain your battery and stalk you location with absolutely zero bonus for doing it.
