Does not connect no customer service
This safe is garbage I bought two of them and none connect to wifi. I called customer service they made me wait hours and nobody could help me connect the safes . Do not buy you will waste your money.
Dear developer you are a lier I have contacted customer support and they have no idea how to make it work and yes I have 2.4 internet and it does not connect. You have no updates for your awful products and I do not reccomend any nighthowl products.

Won’t connect and Support won’t help
Called support for help with the Wi-Fi connection not working and they emailed me the manual. That was there support. Safe is a Waste of money

Hello, Wifi connection support is nothing we support or offer at this time. if your are having issues with your home router creating WiFi Please contact your Internet Service Provider to seek further help.
Safe not connecting to WiFi
Bought 2 safes. Neither one will connect to my WiFi. Not sure what’s the problem is. I really wish it worked because it seems to be a nice safe.

Hello, We apologize that these safes are not connecting. please ensure that you are trying to connect those safes toa 2.4 GHz Wifi network. these products are only compatible with 2.4 GHz Wifi routers.
