App does not always work.cameras don't load. Once out of 12 it works. Get yourself a Lorex system

You are still selling this product, having bad reviews for failure to update the app can not be good for business. Do right by your customers and make the necessary updates

Playback footage

Please improve the playback options. It just shows a black screen every time. If I can’t even download the recorded footage, then why have the option?

REMOVE THIS APP

You said “the developer” stoped updating the app in 2014. ITS YOUR APP and you have not made a replacement app to work with equipment you are selling. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They sell products they do not support then blame their “developer”. What a rip off! Don’t get me started on how frustrating the app was when it was supposedly working. If you make an app, expect to update it or make your equipment work with third party apps. It’s not hard.

Support for this app stopped long ago.

Doesn’t even get to logon attempt. Additionally, the developer no longer supports nightowl pro. Why not simply remove it from the app store?
