New version crashes
iPhone SE 2020, this latest update doesn’t work for my phone.
App keeps crashing
I used to love this app, but for weeks now it crashes upon startup. I have tried everything to fix it but to no avail. Is Nike going to release an updated version that will fix this issue?
Not able to open
Similar to other users, I’m not able to open the app anymore despite the updates. Please fix this
Fave run app
I like the way it works with the music apps and it’s easy to use and it’s always available. I don’t know. It’s just very easy to use.

Syncing With Apple Watch is an Issue
Recent updates have caused big issues. I’m having Consistent problems syncing runs from my Apple Watch to the iPhone App. Also on my Apple Watch the pause button does not work, I’m left waiting to stop my run for minutes and the watch app just crashes! So Frustrating!
This should be called Nike Ruin Your Run Club
How is this even possible? Pause doesn’t work, intervals don’t work, guided runs are equal to amount of speaking that happens. I started a plan two weeks ago and the app has been consistently broken. Come on, fix this thing already. Jeez!

There have been many versions of this app, but currently - it’s perfect.
App simply not working
I am a loyal NRC user (12+ years!) but in the last couple months the watch app has straight up stopped working. The haptics tap my wrist at the start of a run & at each mile mark, but the screen either freezes at some point during the run or doesn’t even show the run data. If it does work, god forbid I try to pause the run or it pauses automatically if I stop at a traffic light, because then the screen freezes on the pause/water block screen even though the haptics tap me to indicate the run has restarted when I begin moving again. To stop a run, I literally have to reboot my watch, & then it shows the stop/start screen. Then, about 75% of the time the run does not sync to the phone app, even though the watch shows the data synced & the run shows up in my Apple activity. This is clearly a Nike app problem rather than an Apple problem & it’s incredibly frustrating for someone who has loyally tracked my run progress through NRC & is finally training for a marathon. Be better, Nike!

So fun to use!
When I downloaded the app, I thought it was going to be hard to understand, but I was wrong. It’s super simple and it makes you feel like to keep going!

I used to love this app
I’d normally rate 4 stars but I’ve had issues for days trying to login to the app and online and unable to receive the one time code to login and can’t even create a new account. Support was not helpful and did not follow up with me
Run Frustrations
I originally downloaded the Nike Run Club app because I have friends who use both NRC and Strava. Unfortunately I’ve had a consistent issue with the NRC app on my series 10 Apple Watch. Often when I finish a run the app freezes for 2-3 minutes before finally responding.
After it catches up the run often doesn’t sync with the Nike Run Club app on my phone. As a result, it also fails to feed to Strava. Since Nike doesn’t allow Strava activities to sync back to the Nike Run Club app I can’t simply use Strava liked I have happily been doing.

How long will it take to fix the app?!
These latest updates still does not work and the app will still not open. Has Nike given up on fixing this app?
Last three updates have broken the app
I’ve been using NRC for years and it’s always been a good app until the last three updates pushed it a couple of weeks ago. Now it’s pretty much useless in the watch. If you pause the app during a run (auto pause doesn’t work anymore) you cannot restart the run as the triangle resume button doesn’t appear, it shows the water lock icon instead, even though water lock isn’t on. You have to force quit the app on your watch. Likewise, after your run you cannot stop it. You have to again force restart it to then be able to stop it. It’s then hit or miss if the run will actually sync to your phone. I’ve rebooted watch and phone multiple times, installed and uninstalled the app. It’s completely broken.

I cant believe how far and fast I am running. I looked up what running apps were the best and a lot of people recommended the Nike Run Club but I assumed you had to pay for the plans NOPE! I am so surprised that they are free with how well assembled they are. It really feels tailored to you and your goals. I cannot recommend this app enough!!!!

I’ve been through all the settings and it should have HR data being collected but it’s just not working every run.
