I’ve just downloaded this app and I’ve been doing exercise so much more since downloading. I love the variety of exercises and i guarantee you that they’ll be something for you. One thing I would like in this app is some sort of daily challenge with an online leaderboard as sometimes I’m stuck on what to do and end up repeating the same workouts thank you

For beginners and experts alike

This is one of the best free apps (if not the very best) to get into training of all sorts for every level. The videos help show each exercise and they’re always alternatives to ease up or to increase the difficulty. The variety of workouts span anything for runners all the way to yoga and to folks who just want to focus mobility or strength or endurance or a combination thereof. Really high-quality programs and workouts.

Awesome app

I’ve done almost 600 workouts that are well thought out and I don’t have to plan.

iPad Landscape Fail

For many years I used this excellent app on my iPad. Videos worked in landscape mode. A few months back Nike apparently removed this functionality. It is nearly impossible to see any of the videos as the screen size is only a few inches regardless of device orientation. Terrible.

Best Free Workout App

Nike did their big one with this app! The quality of these workouts is amazing. They have you train across different plains of motion, modify for any injuries and even teach you how your body works.

I actually used to be a Nike model and was posed by the master trainers like Dave on set so the movements were legitimate in the photos rather than just sporty-ish so I know they know what they’re talking about and take it seriously.

The only thing I would like improved is the ability to create your own workout plans so it shows up in programs rather than just a scheduled workout. I feel like after training for a while you get more knowledge about what type of workouts you need, and it would be awesome if that were offered in the form of a DIY program with nudges and suggestions on how to build it out using workouts available in the app.

Mom of 3 approved !

Being a mom of three with a brand new baby- is sometimes hard to get into the gym… so while my baby is sleeping and kids are enjoying some movie time I get a quick HIIT workout done. Game changer !

It’s the people that show up

I have told people that the only reliance there is in life is through their tastebuds. Strike that with the coaching staff at Nike and Apple who bring light to the retribution of showing up for people every day! I am humbled to be trained from a stereotype to an enlightened believer that our future works, within our body. I tell people to get to work cause we dont cure people by standing in one place. Thank you Nike, Apple, and the Communities for Mrs or Lord Godso, and so many more talented coaches and InspoLeaders!!!

Great workouts

… you can do a short one or a long one! Very effective- I love doing them at the park on my mat👌🏾🩷

Great Workouts, but not great support

The workouts on this app are very good. Lots of variety. Unfortunately though, the support from Nike is not great. I reached out to them to let them know that some of the workouts have English descriptions, so I assumed that the workout instructions / narration would also be in English. But the instructor is speaking Spanish, and there is no option to change the language. Nike told me that this was an issue with my device (although when I checked them, all of my settings appear to be correct).

Amazing accuracy

Perfect for everyone

It’s hard to not mention right away that this is a free app because that’s not the coolest thing about this app. If you are not in shape, but trying to get there, this is for you. There are a variety of workouts clearly labeled from beginner to expert and if you just need some momentum… Pick a 5 to 10 minute workout. You don’t have to commit your whole afternoon, just a few minutes to feel good about getting started. If you’re more advanced, and are just looking for that extra boost, this is for you also. There are great, intense workouts at varying lengths that include yoga, Pilates, high intensity… There’s literally something for everyone with this app.

Better basics

Bring back better basics!!!

It truly is the best

I have been on the app about 10 yrs now - on and off, and in the interim I’ve naturally tried all sorts of workouts, training programs, PT, classes, boxing, pilates, martial arts, what have you not but have never never had a better result than when I make a compilation of workouts from NTC and stick to them - best shape I have ever been is always when I’m doing the NTC workouts. I haven’t adapted to the new more engaging ones, I just stick to whichever of my old ones are still available and never let me down.

I put my age as 15 it says to young even though it says 9+
