Doesn’t upload RAWs
The app doesn’t upload the original raw NEFs, despite SnapBridge importing them, and the Apple Photos app that comes with the phone natively supporting them. However, uploading the raw NEFs to Image Space via the website does work as intended. I’ve also had an issue where the app wouldn’t move past the splash screen, and I had to uninstall and install again.

This is ok I guess
Initially I couldn’t log in, but this was simply because I have cookies turned off in my browser! So it does actually work, so long as I allow cookies. And, now that I’m logged in, I can see that it does actually work, and it sort of does what it’s advertised to do, even if that’s a bit unimpressive. I do however wish for Nikon to provide some better options for apps, tools and utilities, since these have become important, indispensable elements of digital imaging workflow.

Update crashes app application
Updated today and now when I launch the app it closes. I no longer have access to my photos. 😭😡🤬
Excellent app
I have been using Nikon Image Space for longer than I can remember. It’s effective, easy and intuitive to learn, and rich in features.

Plain english and reasonable terms and conditions for sign up please. Which is not what this app has when opening it for the first time (December 2024). Will not be using it as result.
Useless App
I have tried multiple times to get this to work and have never succeeded. I have sought the help of IT experts who have all shaken their heads in dis belief that a company as famous as Nikon can launch a product that is totally useless.
Garbage
I hate this garbage app. I will never, never, never, buy a Nikon product again if I have to use garbage like this terrible, terrible app. Do anything else with your life, don’t let this nightmare into your life. Absolute garbage.

Can’t sign in
Unable to sign in. Changed my password twice and still won’t let me in. When I try to sign up for fresh Nikon ID it says that the ID already exists. Back to the drawing board Nikon?
Still Buggy
Saw the update ages installed the app again.
It made me change Nikon password, why? It was valid yesterday. Whatever. Did that. Tried to log in, it went to the web, enter details, spinning thing, authentication failed.
The update seems to not have changed much.
If it gets fixed I'll give it a proper review but right now there's nothing to review.

Unusable
Got an email to say "Thank you for using NIKON IMAGE SPACE. We have released the latest version of the NIKON IMAGE SPACE app for iOS. The app is now available from the Apple App Store®". This was after a couple apologising the delay. So I downloaded it.
Doesn't work.
Get a spinning wheel and then 'Authentication failed'.

Still fails to login
Authentication error again iOS app still fails to work
New V5 - Fail
Downloaded ‘new’ app - it isn’t in any sense at all new, it’s the old app. Signing in process forced a password change. Everything seemed to work - slow, clunky, badly designed etc, etc but on re-opening the app it wouldn’t load up, just sat there doing nothing. Deleted the app. Re-installed the app. Sign in - ‘authentication failed’!!!! So having been forced to change the password, it’s now locked me out because the password is incorrect! In all the years that Image Space has been around it is still a very bad joke. App deleted.

Not Working
Got a message that they will be updating the app. The update was going to be 2 days and be done. Well it is almost a week later and still not working for IOS. You buy Nikon because you trust the name. Well lately that is not the case Nikon apps are not reliable.
