It’s the worst version of the store on your phone

Baffled at how this app is managed. It front loads shoveware slop and rip off games first and foremost before actually showing you other games by reputable developers. Right now there’s a huge sale on Capcom titles by you wouldn’t know that through the app. You’d only see excellent titles promoted like “find the sneaky chameleon” a game that has the surface of being a Meccha chameleon clone while actually being an anime lewd slop game. Or even the stellar “Lethal Corporation” an obvious trick on lethal company. You’re better off using the web page to look at the store if not using your switch/2 system directly.

Suggestions

I really like the app but I have 2 suggestions on how to make it better. I wish it was part of the other Nintendo app, it's weird and confusing for it to be 2 different apps like this. My second suggestion is that I wish that people could review games. I like to know other people's thoughts on games and that helps me determine whether I want to buy it or not.

Over all a good app.

My only real complaint with the app is that it’s, its own app. I really wish they would just integrate everything in this app into one Nintendo app or into the switch app. It feels a bit much to have to have two separate apps. Other than that I love that you can buy things that aren’t just the games.

I’ve seen some complaints about notifications honestly just turn notifications off for the app honestly.

Shopping app that does not do shopping

When you try to buy anything just opens the safari store page, the app does not handle any shopping is just a catalog viewer.

I LOVE THE LEGEND OF ZELDA

Could u maybe add some merchandise for final fantasy? I would really like that and also the princess zelda botw plush is out of stock so would u mind making it in stock again cuz I really liked it. By the way, could u also make another botw type of game like since totk is basically botw 2 can u make a third one like that? Cuz I really love those TLoZ games

Needs more sorting and filtering features

I like to go on the switch store to browse whats on sale. The shop on the actual switch allows the ability to sort the deals page by best selling but to my disappointment the phone app doesn’t have this filtering method. Please add, this would be very useful to me.

Entgegenkommen vom Kundenservice = Fehlanzeige. Enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Great Alternative to eShop

I often find myself picking up my Switch or Switch 2 just to see what the eShop has on sale. This app makes finding the deals through my phone more convenient.

However, one change I’d make to it is that games I purchased that were once on my wishlist still appear on my wishlist, which leaves me disappointed when I see there’s games on sale on my wishlist, only to find a majority of them were games I already purchased. If this could be fixed, that’d be great.

Kinda pointless?

You can’t download/install games remotely to your switch/2 like the main apps from the big other two.

You don’t even have access to your game library. It’s literally a shortcut to website url each time you actually want to do anything in it making it pretty useless.

I don’t know who’s managing these apps but Nintendo online, Nintendo today and my Nintendo should all be compiled into a single app just called Nintendo App.

Constantly releasing a new one that does one thing is getting bloated. Just keep them all together for consistency.

Notifications are Broken

The app itself is serviceable, and makes it easy to view your wishlist and purchase games. However, notifications do not work, at least not for games on your wishlist that go on sale. I just got in the habit of checking the app every so often because I have never once received a notification of a sale despite having them turned on in the app and in iOS system settings.

Wtf

✌️🫩son😭, use the website and amazon💸💸💸💸💸

Publisher search no longer works

When you look at a product page for a game, the link to search for the game publisher’s other games no longer functions. When single tapped it brings you to the general search page. If you tap and hold, wait for the pop up link, it will behave with the correct search result.

Great but misses the “shopping”

This app is great if you want to look at their products, but if you want to buy anything just use Amazon. This app doesn’t let you purchase from it, It’ll redirect you to the website. Which I don’t buy from websites. I hope this serves as a good review Nintendo Store Devs.

Fantastic App BUT

As usual, too many notifications and I’m getting notifications for things I’ve never added to my wishlist. I might have looked at a game I get a notification about it being released or going on sale, but I’ve stopped checking notifications altogether because I see “An item on Your Wish List is out now” or “An item on Your Wish List is on sale”.

Ich finde die App ist wirklich super leider habe ich jetzt zur Zeit Probleme. Bei der Anmeldung kommt immer ein Fehlercode 9002-0310 trotz sich angemeldet bin

In Need Of A Major Overhaul

Most switch users want a direct access to the gaming library. To see what’s on sale, buy/etc when not on the switch itself. Why in the world are we redirected to an in-app browser? I don’t need to see shirts, and all that other nonsense. Split merch and other things that aren’t games into their own app. Nintendo please this needs to be switch games front and center. What’s the point of this app? If I’m constantly going to an in-app browser? It’s not impossible to have digital stores within apps, so do work on that.
