My Fingers Hurt
The app and sensor work fine, but the inability to save and export bulk data as a .csv has opened my eyes to the wrist pain of heavy numpad use. Plus, it's kinda annoying that the sensor crashes if you tab out of the app while it's collecting data.

Poor Connection
Takes 5-6 attempts to connect with device. Never had an issue with the original Nix.

Great app if you have phone signal
It’s a great app, but on several occasions now it won’t work because it is trying to download the paint library in an area with no phone signal. I just want to use my mini 3 with single scan mode.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We have implemented a fix that may resolve your issue. Also note that your network performance can impact download speed. In some cases we've had users report better success over data where their work network blocks some sites.
