Do not waste your time downloading this app. It kicks you out the second you attempt to login. Don’t attempt the second and third time because it’ll annoy you more. It’s an inconvenient app to waste single parents’ time when trying to handle business. 0 stars. Get lost
These Apps want you in Jail
This app works like 50% of the time. The other 50% it’s tell you “We cannot process your payment on this app”, proceeds to tell you to pay in the ‘TouchPay App’, which then also proceeds to tell you “We cannot process your payment at this time.”
So good luck explaining to the courts you can’t make your payments because the app doesn’t work.
Trust me, find another way. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible app
You have to fix your app asap ! My arrears aren’t updating from payments I’ve made .
The isn’t meant to work
Simple- this app doesn’t work because it’s purposely designed that way.
This then requires the person paying to find another payment method.
ALL OTHER PAYMENT METHODS CHARGE A HIGH PERCENTAGE.
It’s just another money making scheme at the expense of the support paying parent.

Neither are working and it’s becoming a little frustrating. I saw this happening yesterday and again today. I have made payments and need to see if Expert pay has forwarded them. I tried using my computer, thinking something was my iPhone, and became more upset. I am not very happy about this. I am a father who does pay.

The app does not fit the screen and therefore I am unable to even access its contents. Is there some way to adjust how the app adjusts to the screen? I am unable to verify as I can’t access the button to send a code.
This app is terrible
The app hardly ever works. Says my pin is incorrect when it's not. Then you can't reset it. The website barely works either. Can't login there 75% of the time either. Complete joke

Log in issue
I pay every week and most of the time it doesn’t let me log in. It tell me wrong credentials when I input the right ones. Such a headache
Can’t Log In
The software is not compatible to the new update, I go to login and it tells me that my username and password is not correct. It is correct because I received the information from New Jersey Child support and it’s the same. Beyond frustrating this is not the first time this has happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

Can’t sign in - useless!
The app has a 2-step security system for signing in, which is great. But once you enter your security code, the screen doesn’t allow you to scroll down to proceed any further. Definitely a design flaw that hasn’t been addressed in months.

This app is great when it is working- however there are too many glitches. 80% of the time I try to login the app will not open.
The CS services want us to use the online tool instead of phoning however when the tool doesn't work what can we do?
Although all of the representatives I speak to are always respectful and helpful which is so appreciated because who really wants to worry about their CS being paid.

Unreliable - stopped working after iOS update
Just had a small iOS update and now I can’t log in anymore. Deleted and reinstalled the app it doesn’t recognize my login anymore.
Frustrated
The new upgrade is terrible when request verification code the keypad comes up when put in your number they won’t go away to hit the verification button It was so convenient until the new upgrade. Now I have to go inside the courthouse to pay. So inconvenient.
Total Garbage
Millions of dollars and you can’t make an extremely simple application work properly? This app is a total joke. Oh hey! We have a new app update to totally screw up the screw up’s in the previous version! Oh and guess what? Our website isn’t working either! Merry Christmas to all!!!
Case #42367228. Two factor authentication
When you need to use the authentication, it asks to put in a code number, and then the numeric keyboard is over the verify button so you’re unable to hit verify. How do I log in and get authenticated if I cannot hit the verify button. Kindly fix this, so I am able to get into my case.
