GARBAGE - DEVELOPERS ASLEEP
The developers on this app have created the worst, most error prone piece of junk on the internet. Permanently unavailable. I heard the developer went bankrupt and is laying off the entire staff. Seems likely as the app hasn’t worked in months and they reply to nothing. One of the lowest rated apps for legitimate reasons. Outsource to India or some high schoolers instead of the clowns that fell asleep.

Another private institution robbing the community! Using the State Police to harass and commit crimes against the community, that pays their salary!

It’s always lagging not letting me login. It makes it look like I forgot my password, but I didn’t. It’s the worst app ever. Just wish we didn’t have to use this one in particular.

Leave it to an app that collects money for state toll roads to absolutely suck and never be able to sign into go figure
Glitch all time
This app since day 1 is been in “evolution or updating” process but as user I don’t see the end when this app will be stable, please! Maybe need better developers, a lot of money going through this service, please get what you need and let me at least log in to pay my tolls using the app, make this stable for one month at least. Apple users should have some similar experience than me, my god!

App does not work- cannot login
Unusable and useless
App used to work well enough to at least pay my bill but now Apple Pay won’t load, Face ID won’t work, and when I login it loads forever even after reinstalling and trying different accounts. This app has always been horrible but this is a new low I literally find paying cash at the booth easier than using this garbage

Stops Letting You Login
It will decide, seemingly at random, to just not let you sign in for any reason. Uninstalling won’t fix it, changing your password won’t fix it, using Face ID will not fix it. It will just one day stop letting you ever use it despite having a valid account and being able to login in on the web. Truly a horrific app

Even the website is horrible
It doesn’t recognize my face recognition, has trouble logging me in, I’m not sure what’s going on
Literally fraud
I’ve had NJ EZpass for a couple months now it all I can say is it sucks . it’s never accurate and never gives you an update on any transactions, wether if they take money out or any of that. I travel for work and when I go to check my ezpass account it doesn’t take out the balance owed until the next week. on top of that they say I owe money but won’t even tell me how much I owe them all they keep saying is put $300 and when I do they say the same thing over again. this is just a money grab for this system. APT IT’S BETTER TO NOT EVEN OWN A CAR.

Worst app ever
This is one of the worst things. They want us to pay tolls, i try to log in to put money in my account but it takes forever to log in. After a bunch of errors and i get to log in, it tells me that my session timed out and logs me out again. Such a trashy app.

The app never works. Would log in and immediately kick you out saying have to log back in. Apple Pay doesn’t work. Their website isn’t any better either.
