Please let me view my train that’s already departed
Like please for the love of everything in this world, please let me pull up the train I’m on so I can figure out where I am and what time I get in if someone asks and I can’t remember. Absurdly annoying that I can’t just type in my train number and have it pull up its status and location.
UX is terrible…Train schedules are difficult to see
Overall, the app is worse than the older one. For eg, I’m trying to check on train schedules for tomorrow and it keeps giving me an error saying ‘no trains at this time’ and does not give me a chance to even change my date/time. And the home planner tool has no idea of the station that I need to enter.

Possibly the worst app update in history. The old app was clunky but at least it worked.

Difficult to find and get to the schedules I need.

this new update sucks… the look is fine but the functionality isn’t, when you’re in a rush trying to catch a train or a bus the app takes forever to load I hate it so much. This is specially annoying when you’re trying to catch the schedule of an upcoming bus or train before it gets to the station/stop, every page takes forever to load. Old app was simple and fast.
