Why change an app that worked perfectly well? The new interface is terrible and full of glitches. I can’t event consult schedules because the app doesn’t let me change my departure time, I have to use the ridiculous “trip planner” that no one asked for. Please give us back the functions of the previous version, this one is a poor excuse for an app.

seriously what happened here
i dont know how you guys did it with this latest update but you made a mediocre app into genuinely the most unusable user experience of all time. actually just a horrible, horrible downgrade in every single way. can’t view train schedules, search function for stations brings up unnecessary nearby locations (“map search results” ok bro if i wanted map results i’d use a damn map), can’t save any trips, origin in the search bar autofills with some random address that is nowhere near me (with no option to stop that autofill or keep it from accessing my/any address at all), home page is useless, “rider tools” should just be renamed to alerts because there are no other tools on there, zero customizable settings. the app was bad before but at least it was kind of functional. new version is just completely worthless. fix your garbage or just give up and bring back the old version for the love of god.

The new update is unusable and doesn’t show train times for Now just when it wants
Cannot look at future train routes from the app anymore
With the new update, if i want to look at a scheduled train route for tomorrow and there are no trains running today anymore on that route, i can’t change the date that i am searching. It just takes me back to the previous page. Now i have to look at google maps for the scheduled route information. Defeats part of the app’s functionality.

NJ transit is just ridiculous
They cancel trains everyday, change express to local without notice. Zero respect for the users while rates keep going up!
So much worse
Somehow made the app unusable with their “major update”. What are you guys thinking. Why do you go out of your way to make your product worse? It should be easy to be able to see an entire day schedule from station to station (like the old app). Somehow you dummies decided to get rid of this very practical tool. What is wrong with you?

New app FAILS
BUGGY!! Was required to update app, but my password didn’t carry over. Was locked out after several incorrect passwords. Attempted to reset password, was unable to do so because I was locked out. A viscous cycle. I guess I now have to create a new account.
Bring back the old app
The recent update is terrible when looking at a bus line. I want to see the schedule of the bus line I entered! Bring back the old version!
Fix the bus and light rail schedules!
Funny how everything on the app was timed correctly for the World Cup and now I get shown times for buses and trains that never show up. It used to be bad enough since the light rail does “repairs” on the weekends but with the lack of proper signage IRL it’s impossible to tell when the next bus or train is coming.

Missing track numbers
It would save a lot of time and headaches if the app can show the track the trains are arriving on. This new update is TERRIBLE!
Trash app
The update to the app is not user friendly, slow to update, slow to load and terrible to use. It does not have any logical flow to it
Update socks
Update socks , a senior cannot purchase bus tickets anymore. Who ever authored this changes socks to the core.
Absolutely Horrible Major Update
That major update they made a few months ago is absolutely horrendous! It’s extremely slow, every time you try and do anything it takes a long time to load almost as if he was restarting the app from scratch! The map now doesn’t show multiple buses so if you are at a station with a lot of buses, such as Journal Square, then it’s only going to show 3 buses and sometimes it’s 2 of the same and it’s not even the most recent to leave so that doesn’t even help even when you open the map through the actual bus number you want. Absolutely horrible, slow, and the stupidest update I have ever seen in anything

Many issues
The new app makes it so much harder to search bus schedules. It’s extremely unintuitive. The other main issue I’m having is that it is draining my phone battery in the background

Who decided to change this app design completely is a moron. I wonder which one of their friends or family is getting paid to make a good app worst. And what corruption is involved in redesigning this app.

Horrible update
Cannot register for service alerts. No way to search buses by origin and destination.
Unintuitive
The app works smoothly, but it’s completely unintuitive. It’s halfway impossible to make a simple bus ticket purchase.
