Having error always
This app reset my septa card every month and there are a lot of trouble to sign in again. I’ve used it for a year and this problem was still not fixed
Forget user friendly cause this app is not that
Because some of the Kiosk in the stations are not safe to use , I look forward to loading money on to my card. But, because of the glitches and cannot remember my password and user name I would have to end up going to one of the unsafe kiosk to use to place money on my keycard.
Not user friendly
The "plan my trip" had me walking to terminal B to reach my destination instead of the terminal I was at. The live chat also gave me wrong info.
Works with no problems
Works great every time I need to use the trains. I can’t say nothing wrong to be honest
stop changing stuff
why would it make more sense to put train stops in alphabetical order instead of the order of the stops, change it back omg
