It would be a miracle if this app worked consistently. 90% of the time when I want to pay the station the app just lads on the loading screen for payment. Sometimes it won’t even get as far as the payment option. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with every morning. What are we paying high ticket prices for and parking for.

Needs alternate payment options
Most of the time this seems to work. However there are mornings that the app will not connect to my bank and so my payment doesn’t go through. I’ve called to pay by phone and all I get is an option to text, which then connects to the app and of course doesn’t work. I realize this may be due to low connectivity, but if that is the case at some septa parking lots there needs to be a pay by phone or other option that doesn’t link to the app. Like I said, this is an occasional issue but I’ve gotten tickets or wasted an hour of time

Garbage app
When you try to pay it freezes when connecting to your bank.
So you have to reload the whole app and do it all over again. Every time.
Trash app. But what do you expect from government.
