I commute in from the suburbs for work. I pay for parking on the platform. It’s easy and it works.
Easy & clean
Easy to use. It would be nice to be able to pick the station by clicking on it from the map.
Reminders Fail
I often need to keep my car overnight. The parking expiration notice does not always work and receive a parking ticket when it happens. I now need to set my own alarms. Don’t rely on the expiration notifications!
Unreliable
First of all, why is there a separate app to park instead of using the existing Septa app? If I can add money to my key card on that app, I shouldn’t need a second app to park. Secondly, half the time payment doesn’t go though and I have to try multiple times. If I try texting the number to pay I just get a link to use the app. I don’t have 20 minutes to fight with an app, I have a train I need to get on! Septa needs to fire this app company and get something way more functional and integrated into the primary app.

Poorly coded
Septa park frequently crashes. No option to change the vehicle you’re paying for without changing the default vehicle. Accidentally paid for the wrong vehicle because of this. No way to add a favorite station. App needs basic UI development.
