When you try to pay it freezes when connecting to your bank.
So you have to reload the whole app and do it all over again. Every time.

Monthly pass
It will save people a lot of time and trouble to set up a monthly parking pass option, or just budget it into the SEPTA pass.

The app only let me sign in once before it just continued to spin and spin and spin on the login page and I just said forget it. I wasn’t surprised it didn’t work to be quite honest. It’s Septa after all who are we kidding. Delete.
Only works some times
Tried to use this app to pay today. Couldn’t complete transaction - told me to try again later. Tried 3 times and had to use the kiosk. A month ago I paid and countdown timer started but no indication of session in app afterward. It’s nice when it works though.
Poor
Set up of the is poor - design is non intuitive- payment method is slow in connecting to banks
Repeat parking option
The app needs to remember the station you paid at last and give you a simple “renew” button. It’s antiquated to have someone enter in their train station every single day. It’s an easy fix. Please consider.
Also, you need to allow the purchase of multiple days. Most people park multiple days of the week.
Please try to understand your users better.

Slow and buggy
I don’t know why but the app is suddenly very slow and giving error messages at every step. Took several tries to pay. Despite paying for parking the app says I have no active parking sessions. I haven’t had app issues until today and I have the latest iOS.
Easy to use!
Much easier to use than the former quarter method!

Major privacy concerns, requires phone number, wants location access, & didn't display required parking lot on map.

Only works with credit cards. When trying to pay with a Commuter Card all i see is “Connecting to your bank”

This app has a lot of glitches and unfortunately there isnt a customer service support to assist.sometimes it’s unavailable and then you receive a ticket horrible
Illegal charges
I have noticed that on weekdays that I don’t use SEPTA that I am being charged for parking.

App hardly works and SEPTA charges you $$$ for parking tickets because their employees are lazy/ don’t care

Timer stuck
I never asked for a timer that I can't remove unless the time expires. Remove the timer on the island at the top of my screen
Password reset
Reset instructions sent to email via app are incorrect. Instructions require 8 character password which does not work, call to customer service reveals it has to be 12 characters. This does not surprise me however given everything else that is wrong with Septa
Broken
Has yet to work for me, and then septa will ticket you. Crazy concept…
