Illegally charged despite canceling subscription

I got a refund. They agreed to a refund a day after charging me and receiving an email from me explaining why they needed to give me a refund.

They illegally charged me despite my cancelling my free trial 24 hours before it ended. Still trying to get a refund. Beware signing up for their subscription on their website as there is no instantaneous electronic cancellation mechanism. I went through the steps as directed multiple times and received no cancellation email. I additionally emailed customer service so that I could have a record of requesting to cancel.
This could have been a useful app to subscribe to in months when I play gigs that don’t give out non public domain music in advance, but I won’t do so unless they sort out an effective instaneous electronic cancellation mechanism and refund the illegal charge. For public domain music imslp is adequate and FREE.

Beware Region Block
Despite the huge subscription costs, majority of music is locked behind a region wall and unavailable. Further to this, the user interface and searchability of music is very poor. Do not recommend beyond the 7 day free trial.

“Your subscription is connected to another account”
Paid $15 for subscription through apple while logged into my account, suddenly logged out and told my subscription is active through another account. I don’t have another account!! Tried making an apple account and logging in through there (thinking maybe it was attached to my Apple ID) but no, nothing. Horrible app. Not my first time using it, and I can assure you it’s been a nightmare every time. I hate this thing so much.
Update: I have still not received a refund for this, and I’m still unable to access subscription content.
