Biometrics security for IOS
We are trying to merge our accounts and use of the biometric account its fails several times time, its not me alone its majority of IOS users please can you upate it for us to be able to use it in IOS 26.2
Not as useful as it used to be
Used to be my go to app but since 29/10/2025 it’s not working for me, notifying me that my profile is blocked. Nimehangaika sana kupata msaada lakini inaonekana hawajali wateja wao wanaosafiri mara kwa mara!

The app crashes
The app has crashed and cannot open on my phone anymore.. I have tried several time to delete the app and reinstall again but not working.
Unhappy
I can’t seem to enter any number above 10000 when I want to send money or transfer from one account to another, please fix this asap. I’m unhappy with this version.

I downloaded the update last. Surprise: I can’t access my account. Was the old issue I had with the up fixed? I don’t know.

i have opened several times it says your profile has been blocked and sometimes it reject send money Mobile services. Kindly fix
