Since your app doesn’t provide us with all the features we truly need, please do not restrict users from taking a screenshot of their own data 🤷🏾, I don’t see any reason for doing that - big and actually sensitive apps like MPESA, NMB mobile and the like don’t have such restrictions so please do the needful. Thanks!

So much better
Although it took a while, I’m glad they listened to my and other customer’s advice and worked on this app. It’s so much better now, good job UTT!
Login issues
Since the most recent released updates I and very many users have not been able to login. I have sent email and got no reply, commented on a post but the solution given doesn’t work. Poor customer service.
Unprofessional app
It just amazes me how bad of a user experience this app has for an agency as big as UTT and you have a marketing team 🤷🏽♂️. A junior developer can revamp it at a cost that’s negligible to your budget!
