Way too AI heavy
App has a super cringy AI human video at the start, then pushes you through a 50+ question survey, then asks you to rate the app before you’ve even gotten to start using it and doing your challenge. It advertises as “free” too but it’s actually just a 7-day free trial.

I absolutely love this app I do slip every now and then. But I try to stay focused on not eating sugar and this app. Really helps me to stay on focus and stay on track.

Cuteness meets science
I don't normally leave reviews for apps. I really like this one. It's visually appealing but there's also a lot of science in the tips and tricks the app gives you. I'm impressed!

Reset feature?
This is my first time using this app, I use to have another app like this but unfortunately they deleted this feature. I really like this app but I just wish there was a reset button for when you accidentally slip into cravings and eat sugar, but overall this is is really helpful!
Restarting the timer
Nice design but you can’t restart the challenge, so if you fail and want to restart the timer, u might as well just delete the app
