App keeps crashing

I hate this app after only one half day. I’ve been “welcomed” dozens of times now and every time I’m putting in my preferences it crashes turns off and I have to start all over again this is getting old and I’m going to start stress eating. LOL
Worst $50 I’ve ever spent.
