This app is horrible
App is very basic in ideas for diet, tracking and coaching. I stopped using and did not cancel before my renewal. I immediately canceled but was denied a refund I wouldn’t not waste your money on this app.
Don’t go near this app
Signed up for a free trial. Didn’t like the app so deleted it - which meant I forgot about it. Just realised I’ve been paying £31.98 for months and they have refused a refund of the last month’s payment - something other platforms are happy to do. Be very very careful what you’re signing up for.
Not approved renewal. No refund.
Signing I is one thing. But it’s 3 months and zero notifications for renewal. Don’t do it. There are better programs and this is not good Customer Service for $79!

C’est fait pour vous prendre au piège et vous faire payer. Je ne recommande pas.. très mauvais service à la clientèle.. je pense que c’est un robot qui répond: c’est frustrant mais on n’y peut rien.

Overcharged
I canceled the not long after getting it as it was not useful for weight loss. A year later I was charged for another year and the app refused to refund the charge. Be careful with this subscription.

Coaching is excellent but application process is not user friendly.
I am very disappointed that no.diet does not respond to me. They have taken my coach away for months while I was told it was only for 1 month. No reason provided for the extension. Also I was not aware they charged for walking yoga that is not included in this app.

Cant save, share, or print
You can’t save share or print the recipes. Continuously refreshing my phone screen is very frustrating, which is why I like to print them. It also allows me to make dishes again in the future, after they’re gone.
I’m not going to give them to anyone, which is probably what no diet is afraid of. So sad that society requires this type of copyright protection.

Completely useless
This app contains a very streamlined supply of useless information that you can easily find anywhere for free. It is NOT very flexible at all and recipes consist of things like peanut butter toast for breakfast (no one ever thought of that huh?) and fruit and yogurt smoothies. The ingredients are impractical (beetroot hummus? Where do I get that, there’s no recipe on how to make it.) You can get better advice and more complete detailed information online for free almost anywhere and the same goes for the workouts. They also charged me $30 for a set of books that I did NOT order. You can forget about contacting customer service as it’s all run by AI and there’s no way to just cancel the subscription, you have to email customer service and submit a written request and wait for a response. I will be contacting my bank instead.

Update Thank you for my review response , there is no where to add other as the list is limiting. there could be a section to ask about food allergies and sensitivities. I’m still having to swap lots of the diet and limited on swapping, it would be great to have individual items on the swap list we could choose and build our own snack. I’m doing this but I have to calculate my calories, fats and carbs. Fyi I’m a nurse.
