I bought a gift card for myself and cannot get into my account in the app now.

I bought the gift card online.. and used the same email address… but when I try to log into the app it keeps saying wrong password…

AND THE STUPID LINK FOR A NEW PASSWORD WON’T SEND ANYTHING

I have had good service other than the black bracelet threads broke when I tried to enlarge it to go over my hand. I am happy with the bracelets but hope they will replace the black one.

There are so many options that it is too difficult to choose!

It took me a couple of days to decide exactly what I wanted because to be honest I wanted everything.

My husband bought me NOGU for Christmas and I’m positively hooked! The quality is excellent, and the versatility is outstanding!
