I have had good service other than the black bracelet threads broke when I tried to enlarge it to go over my hand. I am happy with the bracelets but hope they will replace the black one.

Rip off! Possible scam!
First order and they messed up and gave me 4 out of 5 items that I was supposed to receive. They said 1 item I ordered was the same thing as the other item I ordered. Then how come it says 5 items and not 4. They claim the anklets and necklaces are the same thing. Update your photos and items for sale then! Don’t sell them separate bc you’re making customers think they are different. False advertising and that’s scamming people. Also update the pictures with the right chains, the pictures look different and you claim they are the same item. They also say with free order you get a bracelet but when I got these earrings that weren’t for sale even on their website (looked like from Temu, it was made of plastic) they then said it was supposed to say free gift not bracelet. What?! Obviously you don’t look over your letters, and what you’re sending. Unless my issue is fixed, I will not buy from here ever again!! Was going to put in a second order but not with the terrible customer service with issues and not sending all that I ordered.

I called NOGU sent them a picture of the bracelet that fell apart and without question they sent me a new bracelet with no out of pocket expense. Great customer service and they go above and beyond to help you out make sure your satisfied with their support. I’m a forever customer. I will be buying more products from NOGU.

I love the colors and styles of their jewelry. But I’m partial to bead work because I make jewelry too with freshwater pearls and natural stone beads. But these are on a whole other level! I love it!
