Asked through questions that made everything feel more personal haven’t had app for more then a day so no garentes on effectiveness
scammed me made me pay and won't ship unless i give id and i can't get a refund
please do not dont download after they give u ur plan and make you pay for the item then the wont ship it unless you give your id AFTER they already took your money very upset scam scam scam SCAM

It’s ok read this for the real option
The app was very well structured it really did identify blemishes and what was wrong with my skin. It acted like I wasn’t gonna have to pay a thing and it was gonna give me certain products to use. Turns out when you get to the end you’re supposed to buy the apps (nolla)brand products. once you get to the end, it doesn’t give you any other products. To use unless you pay it says only $9.99 but I highly doubt that I did not go any farther than that cause I am not wasting my money.

I hate this app I thought it was going to be free to use u was so excited that me a kid could you a app but at the very end of the whole sign up process you have to buy product from them and u wish they would have told you upfront that you have to pay

Garbage app! Trying to charge me for the exact same products I listed on my intake as already using including RX rentinol and show my permanent makeup and dimples as acne and under eye circles

Scanning inaccurate & recommended what I'm already using!
was marking my permanent makeup as under eye circles, my dimple as acne. Was trying to put me on a prescription retinol when I already am on that exact strength. And was recommending generic skin care products that I am already using.

Wow! It’s only been a few days using in I love it. You scan your face. AI does an analysis. A dermatologist review and recommend a treatment. You obtain and use your products. What’s also cool is you get a detail facial recognition analysis of wrinkles, oiliness, pigmentation, etc. You’re rated overall and based on each category. You see those problem areas and get instant feedback on progress daily. Lastly, you scan your face daily for progress. So cool!
