A game changer for mental well-being

I’ve been using Nomadful for a couple of months now, and it offers all I’m looking for in a mental well-being app. I like the easy-to-use design, and I love that I get reminded to take some time to breathe and log my mood. In the future, I’d love to see more specific moods to log, but overall I find Nomadful great.
