Doesn’t even let you order

Why doesn’t the cheesy bread show up in the sides section? Or did I just miss it?
Easy
The app is great in showing pictures of the dishes, giving options to add additional toppings, drinks. The only thing I wish it would offer is ALL toppings to add to any dish. I wanted roasted mushrooms and roasted zucchini on my cavatappi pesto dish but they’re not an option to add on any and all pasta dishes.

I have always had a great experience when I come to this location. I order from here and DoorDash for this one as well and they have always been super respectful and polite
Always have to re-enter my order
It saves my recent orders, but I find that every time I try to reorder it, it then shows “your cart is empty” and I have to re-order it. Defeats the point of having an app if the app isn’t going to be convenient. I get stuff on the menu changes which can cause items to no longer be available, but it was like a month ago that I ordered the thing I want to order again. Also, forget buying a $5 20 oz drink, I’ll just go through Wendy’s before and grab a $2 40oz drink instead.

I was charged twice on my bank statement for the order failing to go through. I’m assuming the website is broken at the moment. Very disappointed!
Easy to order
Thanks for making the ordering process easy! You app made it very easy and I didn’t have to jump thru 100 hoops to place my order.
Triple charged with no good
Just downloaded the app, wanted to try and see if I could grab something to eat for dinner. After completing ordering, attempting to play, it said there was an error. No problem, I’ll try again. Nothing. Then two charges come through at the same time, but the order was never completed. So, frustrating but not the end of the world. Deleted the app, redownloaded then tried again, and again charged and error… yeah I’m not using this app again. Food ordering apps offer no support or assistance. It’s annoying to say the least.

With low or poor internet connection, the app makes you sign-in with an infinite login loop, you cannot sign in.

Also, hiring some teens who know nothing about cooking and who don’t even cook at home, all they do is follow instructions on packages, boil some premade sauces and put it on top of noodles and call it a meal!
And thanks for removing the only 2 or 3 best selling menu items from your menu!
No, I don’t want Mac & cheese, I could make that at home!
And no, removing items from your menu just to bring then back as a limited-time-only will not make them a classic!
And stop tracking me by emailing me as soon as I open your app!

Bad Customization
Genuinely horrible app and horrible business. Noodles and Company used to be good, but now the customization is horrendous. The types of vegetables/sauces you can add/substitute are limted per dish, meaning that you just aren't allowed to put mushrooms on your buttered noodles. This didn't use to be a problem and it's annoying. I don't know why they don't just add a fully customizable dish option.
