Taking money out my account Aug 15 and today Aug 22 and I can’t go back and watch ANY of my videos and I can’t get in contact with ANYONE on my refund!!!

Frustrating
This app is the most frustrating camera monitoring app I’ve ever used. It’s constantly lagging, the live video feed is always delayed, the playback is always either loading or not detecting the footage. I hardly get alerts and that’s if not decides it’s going to even alert me to motion or a person etc, being detected. I had high hopes for these cameras and this app considering they aren’t cheap cameras but everything down

Video Playback Issues & Customer Support Issues
These cameras, the customer service, and everything at the very beginning was great. However, it’s been several years and there are so many flaws. There are no app updates and no individual camera firmware update updates needed, and the video will not play back 99% of the time these cameras are pretty much rendered useless. I have reported these issues several times over the past years and even recently by pressing the report button and nothing gets fixed. I feel like I wasted all of my money and time. Customer service doesn’t seem to care at all and we have been ignored for years.

Used to work perfectly until you added all the extra stuff your selling
Since the addition of all the extra stuff your selling, the device doesn’t work like it should. First of all, there is a huge delay of alert when someone is at the door (wasn’t an issue before and I refuse to buy all the extras!) Secondly, the device doesn’t recognize the difference between a bird and a human. These issues were not issues before. Please make the app the same as it was before. Until you do, I refuse to buy more devices as I intended to do!!!

I’ve never felt more secure at or even when I’m gone it’s shows live feed an saved recordings I’m from California I give this a stamp some systems are trash

Terrible connection
Camera doesn’t load in app anymore just keeps saying refresh, we’ve set it up multiple times before where it worked but now it only loads when it feels like it very annoying when checking to see if pets are okay when getting the notification and nothing loads. If I could do negative stars I would
Provide a new update
I got a new camera because my other one stopped working. I liked the Noorio and have the solar panel for it so I bought another one. This one takes ages to get a video in live time and the solar panel seems to not be connecting like the old one and I have to take the camera down to charge it. Likely going to return it since it’s not operating properly. When I try to replay some videos it says something about fault SD card storage but there is no SD card! Support is lacking too. I reached out for support and got a message back the next day. I replied immediately and no reply back to my comment. So annoying.

I have used many camera systems before but this one is very convenient high quality resolution long lasting battery life excellent! Highly recommended!
Updates?
It appears there haven’t been any security updates to this app in a few months. Camera no longer works.
Horrible app
No guide one what setting do, slow to slow video to the point if often times out.
Often puts itself info disabled mode so now I have to have all modes the same.

Insane amount of notifications
I have a solar camera and there is no way to turn off “battery fully charged” notification. I’ve tried everything. From do not disturb, to completely turning off notifications. It’s super frustrating and draining my battery and the customer service line is no help at all.
Last update made viewing slower to load
Last update made Noorio bad. My Noorio loaded fast when I opened to view an event but now every time I go to view an event, it starts another event and is slow to open the event I’m trying to view. Also it tells me a coyote is a person. SO ANNOYING. I get you are trying to make money but slowing the original app down (which worked perfectly before last update) just so you can sell your monthly subscription makes this camera useless. I was going to buy a second camera but not now! And the problem isn’t my device. I have a new iPad and an old iPad and high speed internet!

Its not bad but it works. I’ve had it for over a year and i think it’s starting to give out. Every time I try to watch live it freezes and when I try to watch past videos it just loads and never actually plays.. maybe because of the cold weather it’s slowing down? Still the app is pretty slow but the camera records just fine I think the app is the main issue and not the actual camera ..

App just stopped working
This app was perfect before and just stopped working, support is so bad all i’m getting is the same auto response.
