About
noovu is a private tracker built for perimenopause – the years when cycles stop being predictable. It records what actually happens in your body: no forecasts pretending to know, no fertility stuff you didn't ask for. It charts how your cycles are really changing, and it gently reminds you about your meds – including the "days 16–25 of the cycle" kind.
WHAT IT DOES
• One tap to log a period day, a symptom, or a pill taken
• Cycle-length trend at 1, 3, 6 or 12-month grain – see the change, not a guess
• Symptoms are yours to define: name them, color them, chart them against your cycles
• Medication schedules the way prescriptions are actually written: by cycle day ("16–25") or as a repeating course – sequential HRT fits without workarounds
• Reminders you can answer from the lock screen or your Apple Watch, with one follow-up if you forget
• Marking pills taken is optional, not homework: reminders exist so you don't miss a dose
• Nine years of history? Import it: Apple Health and Clue exports both work
• Export everything to CSV – bring real patterns to your doctor instead of guesses
PRIVATE, LITERALLY
noovu contains no networking code at all. There is nothing to sign in to, no server, and nothing watching how you use the app – it couldn't send your data anywhere even if it wanted to. Everything lives on your phone; Apple Health sync is optional and stays under your control.
Most trackers answer "when am I fertile?"
noovu answers a different question: what is my body actually doing?

Now, if you want, you can mark how heavy your period is: touch and hold Period and choose Light, Medium or Heavy. The calendar shows each period day in its shade, and Apple Health sync carries the level too.
