Great tool to compliment great training

This app is awesome. Super easy to use and let's you coordinate all your workouts with your trainer. Lots of features that makes staying on top of every exercise super easy. Love the stop watch feature that lets you track rest breaks or timed exercises too. Also Paul is an awesome trainer and is super responsive in the "chat" feature. I can get help on an exercise even when he's not training with me.
