Email forwarding broke down
Why are my forwarders not working? I’ve lost access to a bunch of accounts because the email forwarding address feature is unreliable.

Massive disappointment. Garbage. Don’t use!
Too many issues to list. Do not recommend.

NEW TO NORDPASS
I like it! It has everything I need to know about upon entry. It’s easy to use, I feel safer than I did with my old PW Manager. My only suggestion would be to be able to get to the passwords that are toward the middle to the end of the alphabet easier than scrolling. If there’s a way to do what I prefer, please let me know.

Switching to Proton
Was lied to by customer support. Switching over to proton. Thus far no regrets. Better features and less clunky.
Older Device Can No Longer Use
I have an older iPad I use often and NordPass won’t let me use it without updating, but when I go to update, I can’t. This means I no longer have access to my app passwords on this device at all. Rather worried about this….

Their own help files are wrong.
Their own help files show you how to export passwords, except they are not correct from the first step.
Add Immediately Auto-lock Option for Extension
Unlike the mobile app, which locks immediately, the browser extension forces a 5-minute minimum auto-lock timer. Leaving vault data accessible for 5 minutes is unsafe. With Touch ID available, there is no reason not to offer an "Immediately" auto-lock option. Please fix this! Other than that rate is 10:)

Used to love the app but they stopped supporting ios 15.4.1. Now i need to go to another app…

Excellent app! Especially for those with devices across multiple platforms like iOS, Android, Windows, and Linux. It meets my needs.
If I may offer a suggestion—something I haven't yet seen on a large scale, but only implemented handmade by a few enthusiasts—it would be to incorporate the option of using a physical device to store passwords, TOTP codes, and passkeys, much like a hardware wallet, but specifically for credentials and passkeys.
If possible, an air-gapped device—or at most one using only NFC to communicate with the app—featuring a screen to display TOTP codes and the option to show passwords.
